Opportunity Details

Our client, a leading international automotive company, is seeking a Release Train Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating complex programs and ensuring the successful release of interdependent systems. Your main duties will include coaching and supporting leaders, teams, and scrum masters in their scaled agile adoption, optimizing the flow of value through the ART, facilitating planning and execution of events, driving continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders, and tracking metrics to ensure progress towards objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, be a Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer or have equivalent experience, have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a SAFe environment, be proficient in Agile project management tools, and have strong English language skills (German is a plus).
