The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in healthcare law, with knowledge of provider reimbursement issues, Medicare and Medicaid appeals, audits, and internal investigations. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation, communicating with clients and regulatory agencies, and conducting legal research and analysis.
The Regulatory Attorney must have a JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials and be admitted to the CA bar. They should have a strong interest in health law and policy, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, preparing cases for hearings, trials, and appeals, and collaborating with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
