The Regional Head - Total Rewards will work closely with the CHRO to oversee the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs for employees in various regions. This role involves developing strategies to attract and retain top talent through competitive compensation packages and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and benchmarking data to make informed decisions on compensation and benefits offerings.
Additionally, the Regional Head - Total Rewards will collaborate with HR and business leaders to align total rewards programs with organizational goals and objectives. This includes conducting regular reviews and audits of existing C&B policies to ensure they are effective and meeting the needs of employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, as well as experience working in a global or regional capacity to implement total rewards programs that support business growth and employee engagement.
