The client is seeking a Regional General Manager for their Southwest parks, which include four Renaissance festivals. The Regional General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the parks and staff, with a focus on streamlining operations and identifying opportunities for growth. This role will involve collaborating with executive management, fellow Regional General Managers, and park operational leaders to build operating standards and increase revenue streams.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial and operational acumen to analyze current P&Ls and drive value and growth within the parks. Duties include defining and communicating vision, objectives, and priorities, developing park policies and procedures, and implementing data-driven analysis to optimize revenue and identify growth opportunities. The Regional General Manager will also be responsible for establishing efficient organizational and process flows, allocating resources, and reviewing progress to ensure the success of each event.
