The President of Kansas is a key member of the Senior Executive Leadership Team, responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services for children and families. This role involves policy development, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and overall organizational success. The President will collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement the client's strategic vision, as well as lead and manage a team of program leaders to drive service excellence and organizational impact.
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Planning is a key aspect of the role, involving the development and oversight of short- and long-term strategic planning for programmatic initiatives. The President will work with the CEO and Board of Directors to establish annual priorities and objectives, participate in strategic planning processes, and advise on critical trends and developments. Additionally, the President will collaborate with internal departments to align activities with the client's mission and strategic goals, while setting objectives, performance metrics, and procedures to achieve business goals.
Program Oversight and Evaluation is another important responsibility, with the President overseeing program design, implementation, and evaluation to ensure programs meet their goals and objectives. This involves monitoring and assessing program performance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic leadership to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with defined outcomes. Financial and Operational Oversight is also a key aspect of the role, involving overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure long-term sustainability, as well as collaborating with the management team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure and personnel management.
