The Elizabeth Dole Foundation is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead its development efforts and establish strategic infrastructure to support military caregivers. The CDO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, achieving annual fundraising targets, and fostering a collaborative team culture. They will also work closely with the Board, supervise direct reports, and serve as a public spokesperson for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of management experience, nonprofit fundraising experience, and the ability to build relationships with high-level individuals.
