Pieter graduated with a master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam. He began his career at ING Bank in Mergers & Acquisitions. After a couple of years Pieter changed roles and joined KPMG as a consultant, focussed on projects within the Financial Services Industry. Projects included Performance Management, Risk Management and Program Management. In these roles, he discovered the importance of delivering the right team for the job. After 5 years at KPMG, Pieter decided to build upon this expertise and take responsibility for delivering Interim Managers for temporary roles for many organizations. He executed such mandates at various well-known consultancy & executive search organizations. Pieter worked for 5 years as Associate Partner at Boer&Croon and for 4 years as Director Interim Management at IG&H. Assignments were with the Financial Services, Retail and Energy sectors. Pieter is experienced in Talent assessments and Leadership programs. Pieter decided to join Leaders Trust/AltoPartners because it allows him the opportunity to deliver both executive search assignments and interim assignments for his clients in an international setting. His leisure time is spent ice skating in winter and he cannot wait until the next Elfstedentocht (200 km of ice skating in one day) will be organized. Furthermore, Pieter is an enthusiastic sailor and can regularly be found on the ‘ Loosdrechtse Plassen’ during the summer period enjoying his boat with the family.
