Petey Firestone is an Associate Client Partner in Strategy Execution for Korn Ferry, aligned with the San Francisco office. Ms. Firestone brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in talent, strategy, and change management from roles inside industry as well as professional services consulting. ​ She has worked with C-suite to frontline clients in multiple industries, including: technology, entertainment, products, healthcare, aviation, and public safety. Some of her past work experience and former clients include Virgin America, The Walt Disney Company, Aetna, Kellogg, Cox Communications, Ingram Micro, and Kaiser Permanente. She has deep expertise in talent strategy, business and change management consulting, HR transformation and effectiveness, succession planning, organizational alignment, leadership. development and facilitation, and enterprise-wide talent management strategy and systems selection, processes, and implementation. Prior to her role at Korn Ferry, Ms. Firestone was a senior manager with Accenture Strategy in their talent and organization practice. Preceding that role, she was vice president of organization development at Nintendo. She has also worked for IBM Global Business Consulting, and at Kaiser Permanente. She is experienced and certified in various Korn Ferry assessments and solutions for change management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, culture, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and coaching. She is also certified in Situational Leadership II and Covey Leadership; talent, interpersonal, conflict, negotiation, and culture assessments including DISC, MBTI, Thomas-Kilmann, and Denison; Deming quality improvement, and IBM organization change management and project management. As well, she is a Registered Nurse, certified in trauma and critical care. Ms. Firestone received her master of arts degree in organizational development from Norwich University, and her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
