Pedro also participates in projects for the Leadership & Talent Strategy business unit, developing Talent Management and Organizational Culture programs for some of the main companies in Portugal. Formerly, Pedro was a Talent Acquisition Manager at RAY Human Capital and has integrated a Dutch listed company (from the AEX Index) specialized in HR Solutions. His professional activity was focused on search processes, design, and implementation of Assessment & Development Centres specialized in Young Talent and Team Effectiveness programs. Pedro holds a degree in Law at Universidade de Lisboa and an MBA - ISEG Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
