He brings significant experience operating globally, having worked extensively with multinational organizations in the United States, Europe, and Asia. As the global Technology Market leader for Korn Ferry, he leads a team of Partners and Consultants focused on creating sustainable business impact with the firm’s Technology and Professional Services clients. This team understands the particular challenges and opportunities facing Technology organizations, and develops integrated and global solutions that leverage the full range and impact of the firm’s services - Strategy Execution, Leadership Development, Assessment & Succession, and Rewards & Benefits. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Paul held senior roles for management consulting firms in Chicago, Dublin, and Paris. Paul earned a masters degree in Strategic Management and Planning from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School, and an undergraduate bachelors degree in Commerce from University College Dublin. He has published multiple articles and spoken at numerous conferences in the areas of strategy execution, organization transformation, and talent management.
