As Senior Advisor, Patrick brings deep subject matter expertise and market insight, advising on the recruitment of board members, CEOs, and other senior leaders, with a particular interest in public, non profit and healthcare sectors. He provides strategic counsel and insights to colleagues across Russell Reynolds Associates to strengthen and sustain client relationships. In addition, Patrick contributes to the firm’s internal development as both a mentor and faculty member for key programs. During his twenty years with the firm, Patrick has served on the Global Executive Committee and co-led business operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Other significant roles have included London Office Leader and Global Sector Leader for Social Impact and Education, reflecting his commitment to purpose-driven leadership.
