A Partner level hire is being sought by an Executive Search firm in Los Angeles, CA to join their global practice. The firm, with around 350 Principals and Partners worldwide, specializes in delivering tailored talent solutions to clients using their extensive networks and industry expertise. The Partner will be responsible for winning and managing assignments in the executive search and senior leadership recruitment space, contributing to overall business performance, and developing new business opportunities.
The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in executive search and senior leadership recruitment, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. They will be expected to achieve commercial targets, generate revenue, and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The Partner will also need to stay informed about market trends, business intelligence, and competitive information, while demonstrating strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
