Paola Valassina is a Senior Associate at Eric Salmon & Partners. She joined Eric Salmon & Partners in June 2008 to contribute to the firm’s activities: Executive Search, Market Assessment and Business Development. She has gained a strong expertise leading searches for executive positions both at national and international levels within different sectors: industrial, life science, consumer, and services. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Paola spent eight years with Key2people, first as a Senior Researcher for the consumer goods and industrial sectors and then as Head of the Research Team. An Italian national, Paola graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. She speaks English and French. LANGUAGES English, French, Italian
