These include corporate, not-for-profit, government, education, health, banking, finance, and consulting, Pam recognises the immense value of coaching at every stage of the employee life cycle. Leveraging this with her 10-year career transition into psychology through a Masters of Organisational Psychology, she brings a unique blend of expertise as a registered workplace psychologist, guided by her commercial experience and intuitive approach. Pam attributes her skill in encouraging success and empowerment to her strengths-based, person-centred holistic assessment that enables her to deliver fit for purpose solutions. Working at the individual level through to major organisational transformations, she brings best practice which is led by evidence and combines with an empathic approach and genuine interest in people.
