Pam joined Ccentric in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience from running her firm, Regional Recruiters Australia. She leads our University and academic healthcare practice and works closely with not-for-profits and various health services across Australia. Pam combines a warm and professional approach with a deep understanding of the academic and health sectors, which has contributed to a growing number of successful search placements. Her strong passion for making a positive impact on both her clients and candidates drives her work. Pam moved to Australia from South Africa in 1996, where she had been working as an HR Manager for the University of Witwatersrand. Since arriving in Australia and prior to joining Ccentric, she has worked as an HR professional for several large organisations across a diverse range of industries.
