Olivia Liang provides clients in the private capital and industrial resources sectors with impeccable service and business insights. Olivia joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another leading global search firm, where she held several leadership roles, most recently serving as Principal. In that role, Olivia specialized in bringing in top-tier senior investment professionals to private equity funds active in the Greater China market. She also has deep experience in senior leadership roles for portfolio companies of private equity funds. In addition, she works with clients in the industrial sector, including the chemical, automotive and industrial component for both Chinese privately owned enterprises and multinational experience. Olivia has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and economics from Cornell University.
