The client is seeking two Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to join their Board and help shape the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in the region. Candidates must reside in specific areas and do not need previous NHS experience, but must be committed to public service and align with NHS values. The client provides hospital and community health services to over 320,000 people across a large area and employs over 6,500 staff.
The first role, Transformation, requires a candidate with experience leading organizational change in a commercial setting to support the Trust in adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape. The second role, Procurement, seeks an individual with expertise in procurement and contract management to guide the Trust in resource optimization and value for money in healthcare contracts. Both roles require board-level experience in a complex organization and an understanding of organizational change management.
