Based in Dallas and Boston as part of our Healthcare team, Nicole brings more than 25 years of experience in women’s health and oncology – interacting with payors, providers, integrated delivery systems, and partner companies in pharmaceuticals, biotech, tech and patient advocacy. She has a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and can help organizations identify leadership and coaching needs for their current and future business, search for those leaders and coach them to drive continued growth and transformation. Nicole joins Russell Reynolds, most recently from her role as COO of Myriad Genetics, where she led the company through significant growth and transformation over 22 years. Throughout her tenure, she was a trusted advisor to the executive team and clients on issues ranging from leadership development, to strategic partnerships to portfolio optimization to growth strategy. Her data-driven approach, coaching background and significant execution insight has resulted in effective, long term results for her partners and customers. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Sociology, with a minor in Women’s Health from Boston College and a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from Mount Sinai School of Medicine Nicole holds an Executive Coaching Certificate from Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and was part of the Harvard Business School President’s Program.
