Based in Dallas, Nick works across the spectrum of MedTech companies ranging from Fortune 50 to early-stage Venture Capital and Private Equity backed portfolio companies. He has led engagements for senior functional leaders, CEO and Board Directors, while involved in a variety of advisory projects around assessment and transformation. In addition to supporting healthcare businesses, Nick leads our work with NFL and NBA clients. He partners with the leagues and individual clubs to support searches for organizational executives, coaches, and general managers. He also advises on culture, leadership, market expansion, and fan engagement while helping to connect corporate America to sports. Before joining RRA, Nick served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy and, most recently, was a training requirements officer based in Washington D.C., where he worked with admirals and SES (civilian executives) to oversee training courses and requirements for more than 325,000 personnel. Previously, Nick was a mission commander on the P-3C Orion, completing numerous operational combat missions across the globe. He also held several collateral duties in operations, maintenance, and other support positions for his squadron. Nick holds a BS in economics from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, where he was on the Varsity football team.
