Prior to joining JM Search, Mischa served as Senior Partner Development Manager at Scion Executive Search, where she expanded the firm’s client base beyond its nonprofit core and advised boards and executives on talent strategy and leadership hiring best practices. Earlier in her career, she worked in B2B events companies Emerald and UBM/Informa, driving attendee and vendor growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement and retention, and cross industry collaboration. Mischa earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textiles with an emphasis in Marketing from Kansas State University. She resides in Los Angeles and is passionate about fostering meaningful connections, and helping organizations grow through authentic, enduring partnerships.
