Based in Helsinki, Mikko currently leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ operations in Finland. Mikko has deep expertise in business strategy, business transformation, organizational design, M&A, and post-merger integration. Previously, he spent nearly 20 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), most recently as a partner and managing director.
