Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Her previous management experience includes food and beverage management, management of travel experiences (specializing in group destination weddings), and corporate administration. Common threads in these roles include multi-tasking, the organization of many moving parts, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with many team members. Upon joining Harbour West, Michelle quickly discovered that her interest in human resources extends to recruiting, and loves “matchmaking” people and opportunities. At home, she is a mom of three very active kids (including three-year-old twins – adventure!), who consistently help sharpen her multi-tasking skills!
