Michelle Cahill had over 12 years' experience working in the luxury goods sector where she enjoyed substantial success in a highly competitive environment. She maintained an extensive customer base and ensured that this was utilized in an effective manner so profitability and customer satisfaction were assured. Michelle then moved into executive recruitment where she has specialized in the resources and agricultural industries with a focus on senior managerial and technical roles. Michelle quickly applied her previous skills of matching the requirements of the customer with the best possible solution resulting in the appointment of high quality candidates to mining and agricultural organisations throughout the Asia Pacific region. Michelle is proficient in all aspects of the search and selection process. Specifically with Bushell & Cornish, Michelle is responsible for the leadership of the company’s research function which utilises advanced sourcing / online searching (Boolean, social media and sources) and a source material library. Michelle also maintains our comprehensive candidate databases which are constantly updated and expanded. In collaboration with her colleagues, Michelle actively monitors candidate pools and networks to ensure that our networks are continually expanded and databases enhanced.
