Founder and President, is responsible for leadership and the strategic direction of the firm. She manages a diverse group of clients and leads search assignments for Executives as well as complex assignments for high-demand, difficult-to-identify Engineering and Science professionals. Her primary industry focus is Heavy Infrastructure, Transportation, Government, Environmental Services and Aerospace/Defense. Michele also is Board President of a non-profit organization based in California and serves on the Americas Council of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. Early in her career, Michele worked for Boeing as Member of the Technical Staff. She actively participates in professional organizations and mentors university students on strategic entry methods into industry. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles
