Before joining Acertitude, Melisa built a strong foundation in contingent executive search at The Abacus Group and Northbound Executive Search, where she specialized in recruiting senior finance executives with a particular focus on private equity and asset management, while also conducting searches across a range of industries, including consumer products. Her ability to consistently deliver high-caliber placements earned her top-biller recognition and client trust in high-stakes, confidential searches. Melisa holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Bentley University, where she also minored in Ethics, Compliance, and Psychology. Outside of work, Melisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and incorporating self care routines that help her stay grounded, from cold plunges to perfecting her own manicure technique.
