Meenakshi is a Principal with TRANSEARCH India in the Analytics and Hospitality practice and also a member of the Professional Services practice. She is based out of Bangalore. Meenakshi brings in nearly two decades of extensive Executive Search experience in leadership hiring. With TRANSARCH India, she has successfully partnered with MNC and large Indian groups in the Analytics, Professional Services and Hospitality practice for hiring at C-Suite and strategic levels so as to help them meet their business objectives. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, she had a successful entrepreneurial venture in executive search and also worked at BTI Consultants for senior executive searches across all functional areas and sectors. In the initial stage of her career, she was part of the market research division of Mudra Communications. Meenakshi holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from RA Podar Institute of Management and a Post Graduate in Economics.
