The Hanuschhof health center in Bad Goisern is seeking a Medical Director to oversee medical responsibility for the center, working closely with our client's commercial management to ensure quality assurance and adherence to medical standards. The role involves leading and developing employees, optimizing processes, and participating in investment planning. The Medical Director will also be responsible for operational activities related to the medical care of spa patients, including processing spa applications, therapy prescriptions, and medical treatment.

Qualified candidates for the position should have completed training as a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation or orthopaedics/trauma surgery, with experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Management experience is required to take on the role of medical director, along with a spa doctor and emergency doctor diploma, and hygiene training is an advantage. Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and a high level of personal responsibility and commitment are also important qualities for this position.
