Maya is a Human Resources professional with over 8 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Consulting and HR Advisory. In her recent role as Client Engagement Manager with DHR Global, Maya successfully led C-level and senior executive searches across various industries including Financial Services, Engineering, Industrial and Technology. She also contributed to several leadership consulting and assessment projects across the GCC region. Before joining DHR, she was a Consultant at Kawas Consulting, a regionally recognized boutique executive search firm in Beirut, where she managed regional search projects. Maya brings along extensive knowledge across various sectors and markets coupled with deep regional expertise. She is recognized for delivering outstanding service for both clients and candidates, by understanding their needs and requirements, their cultural and character nuances and most importantly, by building long-lasting relationships. Maya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentration in Finance from the American University of Beirut as well as a dual MBA from ESA Business School and ESCP.
