We are looking for a Market Research Sales Force Effectiveness professional to join the team of our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company with international presence. Your main mission will be to support strategic decision-making through market analysis, management of market information, and knowledge of internal and external partners. You will work closely with strategic departments such as Management, Marketing-Medical, Business Development, Sales Management, providing them with the necessary information, analysis, and reports for their work and decision-making. You will conduct market research, monitor trends, analyze competition, identify opportunities and threats, identify best commercial practices, collaborate with Marketing, and develop sales estimates and forecasting tools/models.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Market Studies, or Health Sciences, knowledge of market research tools and data analysis, and a B2 level of English.
