She has conducted a number ofsearches, including general management, commercial and COO roles for global, Brazilian and family-owned organizations. She is currently a board memberat Junior Achievement in São Paulo. Mariane earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP).
