Mari Olsen Farah is a senior executive who specializes in global board, CEO, and C-suite searches within the industrial sector. She has a particular focus in transportation, logistics, distribution, e-Commerce, and related infrastructure (air, sea, and land) for listed, governmental, and privately owned enterprises. Mari is a core member of the Global Industrial Practice, based in Dubai. She specializes in senior executive and board level appointments for the firm’s Civil Aviation, Aerospace & Defence, Logistics & Transportation, Global Supply Chain & Operations and CEO & Board Service Practices. With more than twenty years of experience, Mari has developed a deep knowledge of executive search and leadership assessments. She has led local and international searches for multinational companies and medium-sized enterprises spanning Europe, Middle East, the United States, and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Mari worked for numerous global executive search firms. Mari holds a Master’s in International Business from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Richmond, The American International University in London, UK.
