Ms. Marcie J. Mikolay has been with Academic Search for over 12 years, during which time she has assisted with more than 125 searches for public and private institutions both nationally and internationally, and for non-profit organizations. Searches have included a wide variety of roles, from presidents and vice presidents to academic deans and more specialized searches for positions in information technology and for endowed chairs. She has particularly strong experience working with community colleges. Ms. Mikolay has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and higher education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from the University of Toledo and her master’s degree in human resources management from Golden Gate University.
