Manuel Clavel joined Talengo in 2003 to lead thePrMass Consumption andRetailIn 2005, he was appointed Managing Director of the Barcelona office, and since 2007, he has been a partner in the company's Spain. Manuel began his professional career at Ernst & Young as an Auditor and Consultant specializing in Distribution and Services, where he also participated in the creation of the Information Systems Security Division. He subsequently led the opening of the Barcelona office of a well-known multinational executive search firm. He has experience inexecutive searchfor the Consumer Goods and Retail sector, both nationally and internationally, with a special focus on the European market, and in Management Committee positions for companies in the food, beverage, personal care, home care, and textile sectors. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona. He is a member of Círculo Ecuestre, Barcelona Global, and a member of the AESC (Association ofExecutive SearchConsultants). Committed to social initiatives (he is the founder and patron of the Clavel Foundation), he participates in endurance and ultra-distance events, raising funds for various foundations. Passionate about sports and adventure, he has competed in numerous international marathons, Ironman triathlons, and is a finisher in the Marathon des Sables in the Sahara Desert.
