Mansur Khawar is a London-based consultant and leader of Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity Practice in the EMEA region. He advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on talent strategy across the entire investment life cycle, including both due diligence support and identifying, assessing and recruiting the right leadership to accelerate portfolio company performance. Mansur brings more than 20 years of experience across a variety of industry sectors, with particular expertise in the industrial and healthcare markets. Deep experience serving private equity clients across EMEA and North America Before joining Spencer Stuart, Mansur was a partner with a leading boutique search and advisory firm focused exclusively on the private equity industry. Mansur joined the firm shortly after its founding, working in London for 13 years before relocating to establish the company’s U.S. business, which he ran for eight years. During his tenure he also ran the firm’s global healthcare practice and the North American industrials practice, and served on the firm’s board. Prior to his career in executive search, Mansur trained as a barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1996. Mansur earned a BA (Hons) in Philosophy & Theology from the University of Oxford.
