Mako Kosuge is a Consultant in Odgers Berndtson's Tokyo office where she specialises in executive leadership appointments in the technology industry. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she worked in a leading global research and advisory firm, where she helped Japanese tier-1 technology vendors develop strategies that drive growth. Mako began her career at a Japanese telecommunications carrier, where she worked with enterprises, Japanese government offices and the US military. In addition to her 13-year experience in sales, Mako has also run and managed the operations of an American technology services company in Japan. Mako holds a BA degree in International Relations from Tsuda College.
