Luis has extensive and solid international experience in strategic management, digital innovation and team development. He co-founded and led Jobartis, the leading job portal in Central Africa, as well as a renowned recruitment firm. Throughout his career, he has also collaborated closely with institutions such as the European Union, the World Bank and the African Development Bank. He focused his efforts on private sector growth and digitalization processes, an area in which he led numerous projects. Luis holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nottingham and a Master's degree in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe. He is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. His arrival is a valuable asset to continue strengthening Exec Avenue's presence and expertise in Spain and internationally.
