The ideal candidate will have experience in state and federal court litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations. Qualifications for the Litigation Attorney Healthcare Law position include a JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials, CA bar admission, and 1-4 years of experience in healthcare law preferred. The candidate should have a strong interest in health law and policy, the ability to handle multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage all aspects of litigation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, conducting legal research and analysis related to healthcare law, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
