Linda Barham leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Financial Officers Practice in the US. She recruits senior finance roles for leading clients ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to portfolio companies of leading private equity firms. She is also a senior member of the firm’s Private Capital and Board and CEO Advisory Partners Practices, focused on succession planning, talent assessment, and Qualified Financial Expert / Audit Committee board placements. Based in Chicago, Linda works across several sectors, including industrials, consumer products, retail, technology, healthcare, and professional services. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Linda held multiple roles at PwC. She oversaw the global delivery team based in Kolkata, India, and collaborated on program strategy, quality control, and contract negotiations. Prior to that, she was a manager in the transaction services group, where she managed engagement teams. She began her career in the firm’s assurance and business advisory services group. Linda received her BBA in accounting and her MAcc from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Since 2018, Linda has been an active member of the Board and Executive Committee for the Chicago Children’s Museum. And since 2024, Linda has been an active board member for the Chicago Chapter of the International Women’s Forum.
