Lin Liu partners with companies across the financial services industry to identify and develop growth-minded leaders. Based in Singapore, she brings extensive experience in the financial services industry—advising leaders across private equity firms, banks, sovereign wealth funds, and asset management companies. Lin co-leads the Financial Officers Practice in Singapore. Previously, Lin spent 12 years at Lloyds Banking Group in various senior-level roles, most recently as the firm’s APAC Deputy Head of Financial Institutions. A founding member of Lloyd’s Asia business, she drove strategic changes and developed new trading relationships with various financial institutions. This included commercial banks, central banks, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and insurance clients. Lin trained with Ernst & Young as a chartered accountant in the UK.
