Leyla Galetto is a Director of Stanton Chase Brazil, located in São Paulo. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and management. Galetto conducts senior-level assignments throughout Brazil and Latin America and her practice covers a broad range of industries, with a particular emphasis on IT and Telcom. Galetto has the personal and professional skills to work effectively with top management. She has a strong understanding of HR planning, sourcing strategies, competency models and behavioral selection & interviewing techniques, diversity recruiting, process improvement design (LSS), metrics (scorecards), SLAs and cost reduction. From 1998 to 2008, Galetto was a Managing Director at Stanton Chase Brazil, where she was also Latin America Regional Practice Leader for the IT, Telcom, Constructions & Materials Industries. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Galetto played a number of human capital roles in companies such as Chrysler Corporation, Mitsubishi Shoji do Brasil, Eurest do Brasil (Nestlé Group), Grupo Votorantim/Cimento Portland Itaú, AT&T and Game Technologies (GTECH) focusing on Human Resources and Talent Management, Succession Planning, Management Assessment, Career Counseling, Coaching and Human Capital Solutions providing high-level support in Human Resources divisions. Galetto holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica in São Paulo, Brazil. She is certified as a Coach and a Master Coach by the Integrated Coaching Institute.
