rystal Hopton has substantial expertise in navigating complex healthcare markets. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Krystal excels in various areas including business development, client interaction, market assessment, strategic planning, and smooth operational integration.
Throughout her career, she has taken on pivotal leadership roles, most recently as Vice President at AMN Healthcare Physician Solutions Enterprise. Before her tenure at AMN Healthcare, Krystal held influential positions at renowned healthcare institutions. At Memorial Hermann Health System, she served as the System Director of Physician Recruitment and Network Development, overseeing all physician recruitment activities for the Medical Group.
Prior to that, she managed strategic growth initiatives at The Woodlands, Lakeside, and Springwoods Village Hospitals in her role as Director of Business Development & Strategy at St. Luke’s Health. During her time at The Advisory Board Company (now Optum Health), Krystal was the Director of Strategy & Outreach. There, she spearheaded growth initiatives for over 200 healthcare organizations nationwide through the Crimson Market Advantage data analytics platform. Additionally, she gained valuable experience in Business Development during her tenure at Houston Methodist Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.
Krystal actively engages with professional associations such as the National Association of Health Services Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She holds an MBA and MHA from Texas Woman’s University and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Houston Downtown.
