Kevin Kuzmick is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He joined JM Search in 2017 and came to the firm following a career in healthcare services that spanned nearly 15 years. His depth of experience as an operator provides him with a firsthand understanding of the needs that leaders face across the continuum, and he draws on this experience to help his clients build exceptional teams. Prior to JM Search, Kevin was a Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care. At BAYADA, he led a large patient census program that delivered care to individuals in the Philadelphia region, while also spearheading the strategic growth of the division. Earlier in his career, Kevin held recruiting and sales roles at hospice care and healthcare staffing companies. Throughout his career in healthcare services, Kevin consistently built, developed, and led high performing teams, recruiting and developing future leaders at all levels. Kevin has a degree in Business Management from Temple University. He lives in Garnet Valley, PA with his wife and two children.
