Justin Lund is a technology and consumer sector leader who works with companies navigating technology transformation. Based in Miami, he leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Product Practice in the Americas. His clients include public companies, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Spanning the growth curve from innovative ventures to global market leaders, Justin specializes in recruiting senior talent across the C-Suite, with a particular focus on technical and commercial leadership roles in product, engineering, sales, and marketing. He has deep experience advising CEOs and partnering with human resources and other established business leaders as they build their executive teams. Justin joined Russell Reynolds following its acquisition of Savage Partners, a boutique executive search firm that served middle-market growth equity-backed software businesses. A co-founding partner, he helped build the firm’s people, processes, and market-leading reputation over a 15-year period. Justin graduated summa cum lade with degrees in economics, finance, and insurance from the University of Hartford.
