Jussi brings two decades of board and executive search experience to the Cornerstone International Group operation in Helsinki. He gained this expertise with large multinational corporations and private equity owned companies on both regional and global levels, focusing principally on strategic change. Jussi has an extensive track record working with companies especially within the industrial, technology and service sectors. He is recognized as a leading management review consultant in Finland. He has a good eye for people and is specialized in finding the right candidates to fit a given strategy. Prior to joining Cornerstone International, Jussi was leading one of the major international Executive Search companies in Finland. He holds an MSc degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Swansea and an MSc degree in Theology from the University of Helsinki. Jussi Pokkinen is also an ICF-certified coach.
