Jorge is Managing Partner in Alder Koten and leads the firm’s financial officers practices. Jorge is involved in executive search work focused on CEOs, CFOs, Directors and senior-level executives. Jorge’s work focuses on helping clients acquire, develop and transition leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services. Expertise His professional experience also includes leadership positions in Amrop, Deloitte, Vision Consulting, and Business Design Associates (BDA) in US, UK, Spain, and Mexico. He sits on the Board of IESE Business School, US Alumni Chapter. Education & Credentials Jorge completed the Global Executive MBA program at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) and has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is a US, British and Mexican citizen and fluent in English and Spanish.
