She has worked with companies such as Citibank, Leo Burnett, Mediacorp and Dow Jones International where she spearheaded new corporate initiatives, led teams or acted as a change agent working across different business groups. She has engaged with clients ranging from start-ups to mature multinational organizations. She has helped build strategy teams from scratch, worked with clients in reviewing their organization structures and is especially interested in working with organisations who are looking for innovative and out-of-box ideas in transformation or high growth environments. She provides strategic counsel to CxO clients with a special focus on needs in Finance, General Management, Corporate Strategy and Marketing. Born and raised in Kuching, Sarawak, Joo-Lee was educated in Malaysia, Singapore, and the USA.
