Jonathan is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson's Melbourne office and leads the Risk and Professional Services Practice in Australia. Jonathan is devoted to providing innovative search solutions to the Australian market. He regularly partners with our international colleagues to deliver a pioneering human capital solution across a multitude of risk disciplines which are critical to securing the economic safety of the Australian market. The practice has an extensive track record of executive appointments across all facets of risk, industry regulation, compliance, financial crime, climate risk/ESG and cyber security, predominately in banking & financial services, professional services, large corporate, none-for-profit and government clients. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jonathan led the risk search practice for a boutique executive search firm in Australia and Southeast Asia. Jonathan has worked in the UK Australia and Southeast Asia. He previously ran his own search business, specifically partnering with Private Equity firms in digital & emerging technologies in London.
