Jari works at IMS Talent as Assignment Manager helping national and multinational clients to find the most suitable candidates for demanding executive and managerial positions. He works closely with the consultants and is responsible for the candidate market research and contacting. Jari has over 25 years of working experience in Executive Search. Prior to joining IMS Talent, Jari worked for other Executive Search companies, where he carried out hundreds of research assignments across different industries, companies, and functions. Jari holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Helsinki School of Economics. His working languages are Finnish and English.
