Jane began her career in acute nursing and has provided senior leadership within clinical, research and innovation environments, leading turn-around and start ups in academic and community organizations. At the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and the Centre for Aging and Brain Health Innovation, Jane was essential in bringing a concept of a new entity to a high performing organization. At the Hospital for Sick Children, the University Health Network, Baycrest Health Services and the Brant Community Health Care System, Jane was instrumental in leading teams through complex transformation. She has a diverse network, and expertise in governance, strategy, and recruitment. She values collaboration, results, and teamwork, and is passionate about stellar leadership of organizations and supporting future generations with sustainable health and education systems. Jane completed an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Windsor and graduate degrees in physiology and business from the University of Toronto. She is a board member with Primacare Community Family Health Team.
