Based in London, James is a member of the firm's Technology practice, where he partners on search, assessment, and advisory assignments across the industry, with a particular focus on the telecommunications and digital infrastructure ecosystem. James works with organizations across the growth curve, from high-growth companies, backed by venture and private equity investors, to scale listed businesses. His work has been international in focus, serving clients in Europe, North America, and Asia, both at the executive and Board level, completing complex advisory projects and high-profile searches for Board members, CEOs, and other C-suite roles. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, James worked at another leading global executive search firm. He concentrated on high profile technology and digital assignments across EMEA. James received his BSc in Biochemistry from Nottingham University.
